About us

Adrian Eastwood started Wealden Framing Services in 1993, having worked as a picture framer for seven years previously.

Initially offering a mobile service, Adrian would visit clients at home or work and discuss their requirements before carrying out the instructions and delivering back to the client at a time appropriate to them. After 12 months, a workshop became available on Cranbrook Road. A small unit, once used as a cobblers shop, it had fallen into a state of dis-repair. After some considerable expense, and with the help of a good friend in the building trade, Wealden Framing opened for business in its first proper base in autumn 1994.

Business continued to grow, and two years later, Wealden Framing moved into its current premises, Rootes House, the one time home of William Rootes, the founder of The Rootes Motor Company.

With an ever expanding client base and the framing services more and more in demand, Adrian's wife, Emma, joined the day to day running of the business in 2007, where they continue to offer the quality, advice and service on which their reputation has been built.

Thanks to our years of experience and close customer contact, we at WEALDEN FRAMING SERVICES LIMITED know what you want, make time for you and have made it our goal to fulfil all our customers' wishes.
